He has attended numerous Aesthetic & Reconstructive Plastic Surgery congresses, seminars and conferences as a speaker, trainer and member of the Organizing Committee.

Athanasios Christopoulos graduated in 1988 with a Medical Degree (grade: “Excellent”).
Since 1993, he has worked in the United Kingdom (England and Wales), USA (New York), Greece (Athens and Piraeus) and Dubai UAE.
He has published in multiple prestigious scientific journals, Greek as well as international, and has lectured at many Greek and international medical summits.
He has published or presented in international journals or congresses innovative personal techniques in different subjects of his specialty.
He is actively involved in the medical tourism sector since the ‘00s, accepting patients from many countries either in Greece or Dubai. In the last years, in his Greek clinic, 40% of his clientele are medical tourists. In Dubai, 60% of his patients are coming from abroad. His international patients are mainly from the USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and India. He has a special collaboration with companies, agencies and facilitators specialized in Medical Tourism.
